Volunteer

America is facing a record shortage of poll workers this year due to the coronavirus. SVA has partnered with Power the Polls to connect student veterans and military-affiliated students with opportunities to volunteer at the polls. There is still a need to fill positions in multiple states. If you’d like to learn more about working the polls in your area, Sign up here to get started.

If you previously signed up to be a poll worker but haven’t heard from your local election officials about any training needed, you can look up their contact information at powerthepolls.org/search. You can also text 833-344-0071 for help contacting your local Board of Elections.
